The Book of Business Building Benefits
The Book is a curated catalog of business-building services provided by for-profit companies that have contractually granted Power Chapter white-label access to offer their services at zero cost through Acknowledged Chambers to Chamber members.
Every benefit in the Book is genuinely free. No fees, no trials, no upsells, no data trade-offs, no expiration. Providers who cannot meet this standard do not enter the Book.
The Book is curated, not aggregated. Every service is evaluated against a Gold Standard modeled on American institutional manufacturing at its peak — built to last, mechanically simple, ruggedly dependable. The question applied to every potential benefit is: will this still be working and valuable in 2045?
Every benefit is documented across four value dimensions:
- Retail Value — what an individual business would pay for this service on the open market.
- Functional Value — what the service actually does for the business, described in outcomes.
- Access Value — what it is worth that the service is available through a trusted Chamber relationship rather than through self-directed search.
- Network Value — whether the benefit becomes more valuable as the Power Chapter network grows.
For a benefit to enter the Book, the provider must agree to the following terms, contractually:
- The service is provided free to members of Acknowledged Chambers — not discounted, not trial-based, not freemium.
- No data harvesting. The provider does not receive member data from Power Chapter or from the Chamber for marketing purposes.
- No upsell funnel. The free version is genuinely useful on its own, not a stripped-down product designed to drive paid upgrades.
- No enrollment friction designed to capture leads. Minimum viable enrollment, maximum genuine utility.
- No expiration. Free access continues for as long as the member is a member of an Acknowledged Chamber.
If a provider violates any of these terms, the benefit is removed from the Book immediately and Acknowledged Chambers are notified.
The following services are currently in the Book. Acknowledged Chambers receive white-label access to offer these benefits to their members at no cost.
Zenhur's All Capital Access Dashboard is a capital access platform that provides businesses with visibility into funding sources, capital options, and financial access tools. The dashboard helps businesses identify, evaluate, and pursue funding sources relevant to their needs.
The white-label offering rights, valued at $8,000 per year commercially, allow an Acknowledged Chamber to provide Zenhur to its members under the Chamber's own brand identity. The Chamber provides it at no cost to its members.
Retail Value: $2,000/year per member.
Functional Value: Capital access visibility and tools for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing funding sources.
Access Value: Delivered through a trusted Chamber relationship rather than self-directed search.
Network Value: Potential to increase as the Power Chapter network grows, depending on platform development.
The Jacht App is a one-of-a-kind business service application. Members of Acknowledged Chambers receive full access at no cost — no monthly fee, no annual fee, no expiration.
Each Acknowledged Chamber receives one Jacht House designation with premium Lighthouse visibility on the Jacht App map. This designation provides premium geographic visibility for the Chamber's community on the Jacht platform, positioning the region as a marked, visible point for anyone using the app.
Retail Value: $99.99/user/month ($1,199.88/user/year).
Functional Value: A revolutionary, one-of-a-kind business service application.
Access Value: Available free only through Acknowledged Chamber membership — exclusive channel.
Network Value: The Jacht House/Lighthouse designation creates geographic visibility that benefits the entire Chamber community.

Power Chapter holds no member data. Benefits are accessed through the Acknowledged Chamber, not through Power Chapter.
- The Acknowledged Chamber distributes benefit access information to its members through its own channels — member portal, newsletter, onboarding materials, events.
- Members access each benefit directly through the provider, using an access mechanism the provider has established for Power Chapter members.
- Power Chapter is not in the access flow. The Chamber distributes. The provider delivers. Power Chapter stands behind the arrangement with its accreditation.
The Chamber's relationship with its members is fully protected at every stage. Power Chapter does not receive, store, or access member information.
Power Chapter adds new benefits to the Book over time. Every new benefit is held to the same standard: genuinely free, no trade-offs, Gold Standard of longevity and reliability, contractually secured with the provider.
When a new benefit is added, all Acknowledged Chambers are notified with a description of the benefit, its documented value, and its access mechanism. Members of Acknowledged Chambers automatically gain access to new benefits at no cost. No additional application or Acknowledgement is required.
